At Musing Image, we build creative image tools for generation, editing, and visual experimentation. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.

Musing Image is an independent creative studio. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Meta, Meta AI, or any Meta AI model.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your email address, authentication status, and account settings. We store short-lived email sign-in challenges with a digest of the code; we do not store the code itself or an account password.
• Uploaded and generated content: Images you upload, prompts you enter, reference images you provide, generated outputs, and related job metadata.
• Billing information: Subscription, credit-pack, payment, and checkout status from our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Usage data: Product events, logs, device data, browser data, approximate location, and error reports used to operate and improve the service.
• Cookies and session data: Cookies or similar storage used to keep you signed in, protect your account, and maintain checkout sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process image generation and editing requests.
• Store your uploads, generated images, and image history.
• Track credits, subscriptions, and credit-pack purchases.
• Send sign-in codes, account, support, and billing emails.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse of the service.
• Debug errors, improve product quality, and understand aggregate usage.

3. AI Processing

Musing Image uses third-party AI processing providers to generate and edit images. When you submit a prompt, upload an image, or provide a reference image, we may send that content and related parameters to those providers so they can complete your request.

We use your content to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your uploaded images, prompts, or generated images.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Each processing job, its source and reference images, results, and thumbnails expire 24 hours after processing finishes. Unused uploads expire 24 hours after upload. Reusing an image in another job does not extend the earlier job's deadline; shared files are kept until all jobs and uploads using them expire. Expired files are removed by periodic cleanup. Please download images you want to keep. Existing images and finished jobs receive a 24-hour grace period when this policy takes effect.

We retain account data, prompts, internal job metadata, credit and billing records, and support records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.

You may request account deletion by emailing <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>. Some records may remain if we need them for billing, security, legal, or operational reasons.

5. Third-Party Services

We use service providers to operate Musing Image, including:

• Payment processors for subscriptions, credit packs, invoices, and checkout.
• Email providers for sign-in codes, account, support, and billing messages.
• Cloud storage and CDN providers for uploads, thumbnails, generated images, and public delivery.
• AI processing providers for image generation and editing.
• Analytics and monitoring tools for aggregate usage, performance, logs, and error tracking.

These providers may process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. We do not require or store account passwords. Email codes expire after 10 minutes and are limited to five incorrect attempts. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so keep your email account and active sessions secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal data associated with your account.
• Delete your account.
• Ask questions about how your data is used.
