3. AI Processing

Musing Image uses third-party AI processing providers to generate and edit images. When you submit a prompt, upload an image, or provide a reference image, we may send that content and related parameters to those providers so they can complete your request.

We use your content to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your uploaded images, prompts, or generated images.

4. Data Storage and Retention

We store account data, image records, uploaded images, generated images, prompts, job metadata, billing records, and support records for as long as needed to operate the service, preserve your account history, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
