Welcome to Musing Image. By using Musing Image, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Independent Service

Musing Image is an independent creative studio for AI image tools. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Meta, Meta AI, or any Meta AI model.

2. Eligibility

You may use Musing Image only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use only one account unless we approve otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse free credits, evade limits, attack the service, or violate these Terms.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Credit Packs

Musing Image offers free credits, paid subscriptions, and credit packs. Credits are used to run image generation and editing jobs. The number of credits required may vary by model, resolution, image count, or other settings shown in the product.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If you cancel a subscription, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Credit packs are one-time purchases unless stated otherwise.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, reference images, and other content you submit. You must have the rights needed to upload, edit, generate, store, and download that content.

You retain ownership of your original content. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated through Musing Image. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, display, and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Musing Image.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Musing Image to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Generate or edit sexually explicit, non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, hateful, or harassing content.
• Impersonate others or create deceptive content intended to mislead.
• Upload private, copyrighted, or trademarked material without permission.
• Attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass limits in the service.
• Resell access to Musing Image without our written permission.

We may remove content, refuse jobs, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these rules have been violated.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Musing Image uses automated AI systems and third-party AI providers. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, legally safe, commercially usable, or free of third-party rights.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep Musing Image available, but downtime, maintenance, provider failures, network issues, and rate limits may occur. We are not liable for interruptions, delayed jobs, failed jobs, or lost access to generated content.

If a job fails because of our system, we may restore credits or otherwise correct the issue at our discretion.

9. Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Payment disputes may be handled by the payment processor, card network, or other payment provider involved in the transaction.

10. Termination

You may stop using Musing Image at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, misuse credits, or create legal exposure for us or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

Musing Image is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and may notify users by email or in-app notice.
