Refund Policy
At Musing Image, we offer free credits so you can test the service before buying a subscription or credit pack.
Musing Image is an independent creative studio. It is not affiliated with Meta, Meta AI, or any Meta AI model.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a full refund for a first-time subscription purchase if:
- You contact us within 1 hour of the purchase, and
- You have not used paid credits from that subscription.
Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds because you forgot to cancel, did not use the service, or were dissatisfied with AI-generated results after using paid credits.
Credit Packs
Credit packs are delivered immediately after purchase. Credit-pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.
If you bought a credit pack by mistake, contact us within 1 hour of purchase. If the pack is unused, we may issue a one-time refund at our discretion.
Failed Jobs
If a job fails because of a Musing Image system error, we may restore credits or otherwise correct the issue. Failed-job credit handling is separate from cash refunds.
Abuse
We may deny refund requests connected to account abuse, repeated refund attempts, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass credit limits.
